I have a Samsung Micro SD HC 8gb card.I was using it just for storing media files since 2 years. Not used in mobile.I never protected it a password .It worked perfectly fine.I got no any problem..but today when i tried to copy some files into it from my pc using card reader.Copying was successfull but when i eject and attached it pc again,there was no any coppied file except old ones.I realize that i can not add/remove/edit/move files into micro sd card.but i can copy micro sd card's data in pc.i think it gone into Read Only state.
WHAT I DID :-
* Checked disk errors in property >tools.
OUTPUT: Windows found no any problem. rady to use.
* Run chkdsk chkdsk f:/f as administrator (f is micro sd card drive.)
OUTPUT: Windows found no any problem.
* Run chkdsk f:/f/r/x as administrator (f is micro sd card drive.)
OUTPUT: Windows found no any problem.
* Run Diskpart as administrator.
Run the following commands in order:
list disk (press enter)
select disk 2 (press enter)
attributes disk clear readonly (press enter)
(Here 2 is my micro sd drive number)
OUTPUT :- attributes disk cleared readonly successfuly.
* Tried to format in file manager and in disk management.
OUTPUT :- Windows was unable to format selected drive.
* Used many tools like sd card formatter,ease us partition master. still got no success.
* Opened registry editor.found no 'StorageDevicePolicies' in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control path.
* Scanned with antivirus.
OUTPUT :- found no threat or virus.
* Changed pc usb port still was same problem.
* Checked others micro sd card in same card reader.
OUTPUT :- read and write data was okay.
.
That means there are no problem in pc usb port and card reader.

I didn't use clean command in diskpart utility. i though it would be useless whereas others methods not working.

Please tell me, What should i do to make my micro sd card writable ?

This is the most common type of failure in memory cards. Since its not used for a long time the chip inside card got corrupted or you have already reached max write cycle of inbuilt chip.
Accidentally removing card while it's being used can cause permanent damage to chip.
I don't know how to reprogram it but i heard exposing it to uv rays can make it usable (not sure) since its eeprom type

By now you must've figured the sd card is now useless, nothing can be done to fix it. Also sd cards are not the most ideal to use as backup storage as they can fail easily
