Hello Good day.

Please I have an issue with my computer.
After watching movie with it, I shut it down normally but then when I wanted to use it again I noticed that all my settings has been wiped.
It's as if the computer booted into safe mode and I don't know how this thing happened.
I attached a screenshot below.

Help me out please.

your screenshot doesn't look like safe mode and what settings are you referring to?
what exactly has changed? are you installed programs still installed?

Yes sir
My installed programs are still there but I can't access them.
All the folders I saved on the desktop page, I can't see any of them.

what is the error message you get when you try accessing any program?
check if you are logged into your user account and not some other user

I have checked very well and I'm logged into my user account.
I didn't get any error message and I can't access the installed apps

Sounds like you're being logged into a temporary user profile.
Create a new user profile and see if changes are retained on reboot

did you try this @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-377...#pid207489 ?
and just to be sure, did you or anybody else install programs such as deep freeze or similar programs that does a system restore upon boot?
