I don't think you can increase that.
Where did you see this 1.2GB? Can you share a screenshot?

If the system partition resize method like "techno c8 system partition resize 2gb from 3gb by hovatek" I will try to do that

Here is the process of system partition resize of techno c8:::-

Download the official Lollipop stock rom from here HiFlashTool-C8-H352-A2-L-20160307.exe (Google Drive) and extract it (it’s a self-extracting archive, can be extracted with any archive manager program like Winrar or 7zip).Download TWRP for Tecno C8 from here [Hovatek] TWRP for Tecno C8 Marshmallow.zip (Google Drive) and flash it. If you already have TWRP flashed, then skip flashing step.Boot to your current TWRP. Click backup and choose NVDATA and NVRAM and backup these two partitions. I recommend you to backup them to SD card. Also copy this back to your laptop to a safer place.Download the modded scatter file from here Tecno-C8_MODDED_SCATTER.zip (MEGA)Extract it and copy the MT6735_Android_scatter.txt file to the folder you have extracted in step 1. There should be a folder inside the extracted one called C8-H352-A2-L-20160307. Copy the modded scatter file to that folder and replace the existing one.Open SP Flash Tool and choose the MT6735_Android_scatter.txt file you just copied. Select  » Format All+Download  » in the drop down menu.Click  » Download « . Switch off your phone and plug it in. DO NOT INTERRUPT THE PROCESS !Once finished, directly boot to stock recovery and: Wipe data and factory reset. Then wipe dalvik cache. Now rebootThe first boot will take about 10 to 20 minutes. Just wait!Once booted, go to Settings > Backup and Restore and factory reset the phone again. It will boot to stock recovery and factory reset then will automatically reboot.Once it booted to home screen again, flash the TWRP downloaded in step 2. Boot to it and restore the NDATA and NVRAM backup.

Check system partition size with Disk Info app or any other app you like. It should be 3GB. You’re now ready to install custom roms.

I've seen the screenshot.
What's you're referring to is re-partitioning, not adding to the size (in the scope I though you were referring to).
What's you're doing is reducing one partition (userdata is about the only suitable candidate) to add to another.
While this could work, you should know that this could eventually crash your emmc as its a risky Mod. Your device might also have problems flashing other firmware (overlap).
If you wish to go ahead then hope for the best and prepare for the worst
You'll be using a Hex calculator like @
http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/hex-to...-converter
http://www.miniwebtool.com/hex-calculator/
https://ss64.com/convert.html

Here's a screenshot of the principle

U can follow the method posted above ,, incase u were unable to push parted and mkfs.ext4 to /sbin ,u have to unpack ur custom recovery and copy parted and mkfs.ext4 to sbin and repack it and move on the the process.
