[Please help] NEED CUSTOM ROM
(13-04-2017, 07:35 PM)legacy2k15 I need custom ROM for a phone having these specifications:
Sc8830/sp7731 android 5.1
LMY47D
ARMV7
The reason why I need this ROM is that the phone Bluetooth and Wi-Fi failed to switch on...it started after mistakenly delete system app which an app displayed as bloatware. Since then whenever I switch both WiFi and Bluetooth on, it won't turn on

I think what you need is a stock ROM.
What's the phone model?
(15-04-2017, 10:25 AM)legacy2k15 A Chinese D200 THX X11 model..?

Ran a quick search for the stock ROM but nothing solid came up.
Try searching for the stock ROM or getting access to a working phone of the same model
(16-04-2017, 05:17 PM)legacy2k15 *smiles* this is why I needed custom ROM cause it is a refurbished and / or a clone. Even the os on it, i think, is aosp rom

No info on the device for stock ROM, chances of finding its custom ROM are pretty slim from my experience.
Even if you found a custom ROM for a device with your specs, that doesn't guaranty it'll work, might even make it worse.
I would advise you backup your phone's firmware first just incase.....
Another alternative is to extract the content of system.img from the pac file of a device with your specs and attempt replacing files you deleted. You might be lucky to get compatibility
(17-04-2017, 09:33 AM)legacy2k15 Thanks my great Team Hovatek for the tips... I have gotten the backup of the ROM, gotten another one of U5 PAC file (same specification) of which I have extracted the system.img. Now what I don't seems understand is how to flash the system.img cause this is my first time of using spreadtrum-based phone. The AIO flasher that I do use to flash single file for MTK devices can't work for spreadtrum. I tried set up my system so as to use fastboot mode, but all to no avail on SPD... dunno what to do now. Maybe you have tip(s) on this problem
(17-04-2017, 10:10 PM)hovatekYes, I have extracted the system.img and thus have the entire folders in the system. I had once replaced the bluetooth folder in the system/apps but no difference. Anyway I will try as many related system/apps as possible...maybe I will hit jackpot. Thanks so much for taken your time to attend to me...God bless Team Hovatek(17-04-2017, 09:33 AM)legacy2k15 Thanks my great Team Hovatek for the tips... I won't advise you flash the entire system.img as its for a different device.
what you need to do is unpack the system.img (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15855.html ) then copy /system/apps to yours
