Flash the TWRP three consecutive times before attempting to boot into TWRP
(17-04-2017, 03:50 PM)manshady I just did. But still wont work. At the 1st boot after flashing, no recovery comes up, but the subsequent boots lead to Android Recovery, not Teamwin Recovery

1. What's your phone's Build Number?
2. Upload the scatter file and TWRP you're using then drop the link
(17-04-2017, 11:02 PM)manshady 1. Build Number: X521-J5088E1-M-170323V23
2. Scatter file attached. Recovery image file could not be attached. System says it is too large. The file is 14.4MB
One more thing. I accidentally did a hard reset when I was booting into recovery mode to install SuperSu. Could that be the problem? Any solution?

I can't say for now. Are you saying you once booted into TWRP but can't do so anymore?
Here's what you'll do, dump your phone's firmware in scatter format using Miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
upload the recovery.bin and drop the link
