i was actually trying to format it since i forget the password but the recovery to format it is not available an also all the help and researches i made is not helpful. please can you put me through and also the phone is not mediatek but quacomm driver which i dont even have. no covery on the phone please help

try doing a factory reset using the guide @ http://www.hardreset.info/devices/sharp/...one-shl22/
