Lets focus on adb for a moment.
Have you enabled USB debugging?

From your screenshot, you're running a fastboot command in adb mode.
That won't work .
I need to ask, What exactly are you trying to do?

My main aim is to re-lock the boot loader which is now deactivated so I thought to flash stock recovery and boot img but now when I use any adb command, I just get that message saying waiting for device and nothing happens.
