Well, Its kind of a Process.

I downgraded back to Android 6.0 A9-...............V108(Stock-Rom) - {Through Fastboot Because my phone cant be discovered in sp flash tool (unrelated error)}
installed ota updates upto Android 6.0 A9-...............V124 - (Last update before Nougat)
Opened (Nougat) Update.zip in PC , extracted and edited its updater-script and compressed it back into the zip file.
Then copied it to exSD-card

Boot into Twrp for android 6.0 Through bootloader
Backed up Boot.img "....V124"
flashed update.zip{with edited updater_script}

(This Patches boot.img.p for nougat into current boot.img for "....V124")

Made a backup immediately  after patch to get - Android 7.0 Stock Boot.img
Then installed Magisk v13.3 zip file.
Made a backup after magisk installed to get     - Modified/rooted Android 7.0 boot.img
Then Restored Boot.img "......V124"

All in bold was done without rebooting

Since there were definitely going to be errors because of patching android 7 boot.img into an android 6 rom...
Reboot back to bootloader and fastboot the "....V108" -Stock rom

I then updated stock rom up to android 7.0 {Official way}
After Nougat boots successfully I turned it off.
got into bootloader and flashed the modified nougat boot.emmc.win (Twrp backup)- changed it to (.img) first
Hence rooted.
To revert back to stock boot.img get into bootloader and flash the stock nougat boot.Img (twrp backup)

Image of magisk installed,  root Success and

Android 7 Stock Recovery.img also in attachments.

All Through android 6 updates i only factory reset through twrp for android 6 after downgrading so as to keep my data (internal storage safe)

users already running nougat can simply reboot into bootloader (if unlocked) and type
fastboot flash boot bootN1Mod.img-to root
or
fastboot flash boot bootN1Stock.img- to unroot
(using adb and fastboot devices )

It worked on my phone but it is to be tried at the Owner's Own Risk.

I tried this method but its showing me error in Fastboot Mode
