(16-08-2017, 10:26 AM)suhi02 Hi, Thanks for the miracle box link. I want to definitely try because without google play store it is tough to use this phone. But Before trying I have few queries as I am little bit afraid.
The tutorial mentioned is for mediatek devices without root access. M6S PLUS is snapdragon chipset. So do I need to choose snapdragon tab in miracle box ? And if yes what other options in that tab I should select ?
2nd query is I have read that phone may become dead if by any chance USB cable is removed while reading. (Of course I will not remove cable purposefully!!) Mine is non removable battery and I am worried about it. If at any point while reading I get error will my phone become dead forever ?
Please help
Thanks

Oh. Sorry for the mixup.
Do you have the stock rom for your phone?

Hi I just unpacked system.new.dat and saw lot of apks etc. My question is can't we not put  google apps inside and repack and update through zip file ?

I went into recovery mode and can't go inside recovery (Power button and Volume Up). I can see following options in recovery

1.Recovery
2.UART on
3.UART OFF
4.Reboot
5.Power off

If I try to enter using power key in Recovery the mobile reboots normally. Is it locked ? I thought I will get options like factory reset ,wipe data etc like  Samsung and other phones. The only way I can update through zip once I start the phone in normal mode and click on system update and choose zip file as source.

It is driving me crazy as recovery option doesn't allow me. If the software gets messed up then I am locked for ever Sad

You need to extract recovery so that can be used to port a custom recovery .
