I reloaded my OS into my Blackberry Q10 using 'Q10_10.3.01.2267_SQN100-1-2-3-4-5' and it loaded successfully but the phone wont come on and I also tried 'Q10_10.3.02.2876_SQN100-1-2-3-4-5'. When I insert the battery, it keep blinking the red light but the phone is not coming on at all.

But what I noticed was that when I was trying to reload the OS, it took a long time which is unusual.

Thanks in advance.

Replace the battery with another one, also for taking long time to boot that's not a problem, normally first booting after flashing can take a while.

No bro. Not talking about taking long to boot. I meant while reloading, besides the phone is not coming up at all, just blinking the led and I've tried another battery, same still

What was wrong with the Q10 before you decided to reload the OS

Hmm.. No harm in trying. But In cases where the led blinks close to 2 -4 times, It's already a dead phone because it's booting error "hardware". Rare case has it been fix
