I doubt that merely rooting is causing this. You might have installed some apps after rooting. You should consider reflashing the stock rom
What's your current Build Number?

Hi if i reflash stock rom will it delete evrything in my phone,??and if i can reflash the safer way without loosing anything in my phone please help

your device should have an app called "backup and restore" .this will backup your apps to sdcard. But I also advice you to flash it. Get a fresh OS installation and root. The apps on your phone are too much. Most of them which you think you are not using are actually working in background. If you drop your phone is safes battery but immediately you start operating the phone, they will start running too.

you wont be able to flash with just scatter file alone. you need the full stock rom
