after clicking on download let phone for 10 min ..
flashing is not starting..
am not able to verify whether it is flashing or not. Didnt get successful window.

What type of OS are you running on your PC?

If only userdata and cache are the goal then there's no point using sp flash tool. You could simply do a factory reset in recovery mode
