I boot recovery.img via adb and in recovery it shows cannot mount internal memory, it asks encryption password I tried my lock screen password but it does not work.

Have you tried wiping both phone storage and sd card? Also, are you having similar issues with Philz @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-18617.html ?

Yes I have tried even flashing stock rom via sp flash tool and philz recovery always bricks my phone whenever i tried

I hope you know you're supposed to flash either supersu or magisk from external sd card immediately you flash a custom recovery else the phone might end up stuck at logo

I know and i was doing that only but with philz custom recovery it shows cannot mount sd card, cache etc. And when I reboot it get stuck in boot loop

Relash the stock rom > Do a factory reset > format the SD card then retry . You could also try the TWRP recovery after taling these steps

Actually When I went to actual website for twrp i find there is no twrp custom rom created for gionee so do you any other rom ported by any third person for my device. Twrp recovery by hovatek cannot find my system partitions that is why it was cannot mount sd card, cache etc.

You seem to be mixing custom rom and custom recovery . Which exactly please.
And could you provide your stock recovery so I take a look at some things
