1. Are you sure you copied the custom recovery (not stock) into the Hovatek folder
2. Was the stock recovery you sent us extracted from your phone
3. Do you have ADB-Fastboot on your PC?

using adb, boot the device into Bootloader

Code:

adb reboot-bootloader

In fastboot, check the bootloader lock status

Code:

fastboot getvar unlocked

I want to know the output
