I have downloaded literally 5 different ROMs and still NVRAM failed or some other error.
But when i send it to Itel shop, they do it in mins.
Is there something some trick to it?

Is it nvdata failed or nvram failed?
If it is NV Data failed error then we already have a guide to fix that. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2718.html

Just the NV_W and at the specific timing (51 seconds) i get that error.

This Is like the fourth phone (Itel A series) and I haven't been able to flash regardless the rom i choose.
But like I said "once i send it to the Itel shop, they do it mins"[Image: d5f9c7bf2967cda0f0329689fc6cf414.jpg][Image: 90222137436fded7429b8256a5340f52.jpg][Image: 8341a7cf1cecae2a12012c6b908928d3.jpg]

This is due to an incompatible variant. or NV being too large.
Finding the right variant should help.
You could try unticking NV items like at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2718.html

I did that and the next file after variant couldn't flash either.
I read some of your threads (which i referred someone to needrom) It has like a dozen ROM does these roms have all the variants?
If so then I could download and try them one by one.

NB: The phone hangs on logo, I'm unable to go to recovery so is there any alternative way to know my build number?

1st question: only itel [the company that produces the phone] will know all the variants a particular phone model has
2nd question: trying them one after the other is the only option once you don't have or can't get the build number of a phone
3rd question: you can get the build number using the "Readinfo / checkinfo" operation on a hardware box [you could try using a version with loader if you are lucky that it supports the device] i.e assuming you have never successfully flashed any firmware onto the device

Its looking like an emmc issue then. Maybe the chips which the Itel A11 and A12 run on are prone to emmc issues
