i am stuck at the screen "your device has been unlocked and cant be trusted, your device will boot in 5 seconds"
then the phone loops in and out every few seconds, i was trying to unlock bootloader and install Twrp so i can root the phone

try relocking the bootloader and see if it boots properly
if it doesn't, then it means you'll need to flash stock rom

Thanks but how do i relock the bootloader? and also how do i flash stock rom incase relocking doesnt work.

for relocking, same process as unlocking just different CMDs, you can try using the CMD @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15863.html

for flashing stock rom, you need to get the correct build number info of your device

i am unable to retrieve build number.. the phone is in bootloop, and cant go past the screen logo and the error message earlier stated, my pc isnt seeing the phone either. please advise further

Have you tried relocking the bootloader? 
Try taking out/reinsert the battery then follow the miracle method of retrieving build no. @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html

please helppp

in-built battery doesn't mean the battery can't be disconnected or removed. if holding down power button doesnt turn off the device, then its either you loosen the device then disconnect the battery [faster but risky if you have zero experience in hardware] OR you wait for the battery to drain completely so the phone will go off
