So I was about to flash my device to stock firmware using X572-H5312CE-N-170719V61 that i downloaded from here. I use SP Flash Tool to flash my X572 and after the flash complete my device unable to turn on at all. After some googling I suspected i flash wrong preloader so I get dram failed when I tried to flash it again. But how that I flash wrong preloader because I use stock firmware that my device come with. Anyone can help? Or my best bet just to bring it to service center? Thanks

If flashing was successful without an error then leave the phone connected to charger for few hours, the battery might be drained.
Also, what's the essence of flashing the phone initially?
did you take note of the phone's original build no. before flashing?

I encountered the same issue. I upgraded ny firmware to Hummingbird. Then I got bootloop. I tried to flash using SP flashtool. It was a success then I can't boot my phone. Not charging at all too. I wasn't able to note the build number because it was soft bricked before I flashed. I'm now getting the Error 4032 DRAM error. Help pls

you skipped the last two questions
what was wrong with the device before you decided to flash?

The device was in a bootloop after the latest update, that's why I decided to flash using SP flashtool. That was also the reason why I didn't get the build number before it boot looped. It's probably X572-H5312CE-O-180203V55, since it has Android O and XOS Hummingbird. Is there a way that I can re-flash and avoid the Error 4032 DRAM error on SP Flash Tool? Also, which Flash ROM do I use?

Error 4032 means the firmware you're trying to flash isn't compatible. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html
BTW, try taking out/reinsert the battery then hold the vol up or down before connecting to pc.
If the issue persist then try another firmware (different build) @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20230.html

Thank you for that detail. However, i've tried to flash all the available builds and it still gives me the Error 4032. The battery of the Infinix note 4 is non removable, so I can't do the other step you mentioned. Is there another way to fix?
