what do you mean by some apps showing china writing?
do you mean a few selected apps have chinese app name while the others are in English?

yes exactly and the fact is the phone gallerry,camera,and some folder cant open and if i switch my network it will hang and start random booting

yes  and the phone now hang when hotspot or on my data ......and some folder and apps cant work or open again....so i need the normal rom for it that will fix the phone

Have you tried the Gionee M6 Amigo 3.5.0 firmware listed @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-389.html

The Amigo 3.5 listed at https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-389.html doesn't contain a system.img. You'll need to find a working phone of the same model for a backup-restore pending when the full rom will be available
