I have a MT6750T chipset phone with a locked bootloader that i can't unlock (trust me, i have tried everything), and i want to root the phone. I have a custom made recovery and a rooted boot.img file which i try to flash through flash tool and i am getting the STATUS: ERROR INSUFFICIENT BUFFER error. Please can anybody help me with a solution, i have never used an android phone without root permission, it's quite weird. The device is a SuperD D1 which does not have any dev forum so i kind of am on my own so please help. Thank you.

Dump the phone's firmware using miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
then copy and rename boot.bin to boot.img and use magisk @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html to patch boot, once successful rename patched_boot.img to boot.bin and copy preloader.bin, scatter file and the patched boot then flash using miracle, see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html

You'll need to verify if the firmware they gave you is for your phone's exact build.
Unpack system.img of the firmware, use build.prop method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html to get the firmware's build no.
Then compare the build no with your phone's build no (settings>about>build no) and see if they tally.

verify the build number and also check for hidden fastboot commands using the method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21403.html
use uboot.bin or lk.bin from your firmware as the bootloader file
and search for "oem" and "fastboot" as search strings
