neither of the two files are required to boot the phone or even to flash the rom
is your phone still able to boot into homescreen?

No! when i power, it vibrates as usual and flashes TECNO logo then the boot animation shows up and it will remain forever. so the home screen never loads or even the initial setup screen.
how can i get it to boot properly?

it flashes fine without any error, this is screen shot. but now boots directly to recovery and instead of loading the recovery it just shows a text at te bottom of the screen Supported API:3 and flashes the "no command" sleeping android logo. now i have failed to know what is the problem,

on the 'supported api:3' screen, hold power button then vol+ to get to recovery mode, then wipe data factory reset, then reboot.

Do as @emmanus said when you get to the supported api screen.

I have really tried, but the the Supported API:3 screen keeps reloading like after every 2 seconds. Holding both vol+ and power for long again just restarts the phone again straight to Supported API:3.

I tried data reset using factory mode, there I got error like
rf calibration test fail
pls retest rf
Then it will load factory menus but even data formatting from here doesn't appear to make any change

you are supposed to hold power button then press vol up button when you get to supported api screen not holding vol up + power button
another thing is, F3-H8022AC-N-13M-180515V50
was that the build number of your F3 before you decided to flash or you just randomly chose that rom build?
