you can't boot to fastboot if your phone is dead
how did the phone go from stuck at boot to totally dead? [details]
how did you verify the firmware you downloaded is for SELFIE 16?
can you get access to a working SELFIE 17 model?
i gave it to a repair shop and dont know how he messed it up more
in miracle tool box i dont know how it show but it show all the information about the device and in build no. it shows VSUN_SATRURN_SELFIE_16
finally yes i have access to working VSUN_SATURN_SELFIE_17 
what shall I do? can i get my phone back??

try backing up the working phone firmware using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html and flash using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html . lets know how it goes.

You really shouldn't be formatting. Use Download only.
1. Attach a screenshot showing the files in the firmware you downloaded
2. Backup the working phone as @innagee instructed or using Miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

Lets know which of the two backup methods you used once done

hey guys thanks alot for your selfless help. I banged the doors of the manufacturers and they were kind enough me to provide the official firmware and rest , took care by itself
