Please confirm two things.
1. Is your device running on Qualcomm MSM 8926
2. Is your recovery mode TWRP or its stock recovery

If its TWRP, are you able to do a backup without errors?

earlier on, you mentioned TWRP not philz. is this a mistake or you're really using philz recovery?
was this philz recovery ported for your device or you just downloaded the recovery and decided to try it out?

The point is that both tools cannot mount and write data partitions, and also hdd raw copy tool cannot restore raw images, even though the emmc has already been detected on the PC.

custom recovery unable to mount /data could have been wrong mount points in the recovery but with the result from the other tools something else is at play
can this phone still boot to homescreen? or is it bricked?
if its bricked, how did it get bricked?
also have you tried using stock recovery to perform a factory reset?
