you're not doing what i asked
follow this guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html and boot the phone into recovery mode. let me know if its able to enter recovery mode and what you see (details)
Next, repeat the same procedure but this time around, use volume decrease button instead of volume increase then tell me what you see

Since my phone is a Blu Studio 5.0ce, I did the first step what was sent. I moved the battery and re inserted it. Then, I pressed the volume up button and didn’t release. Then, I pressed the power button and kept holding down both buttons. I followed by not releasing until my phone entered recovery mode. It didn't work. I tried it the opposite way by pressing down the volume down button and following the other steps and it still worked. I want to know if recovery mode is the same as safe mode?

they're different. Now, i need you to list exactly what you see in safe mode (upload a picture if you can)

the screenshot you sent me is absolutely not what i've been asking you to do. that is your phone in normal mode. I need your phone in recovery mode or bootloader mode . seems the stock ROM method will be easier for you. we're running a check for your phone's stock ROM

Thank you. I do not know what else to do. I did everything you ask, at least that is what I thought.
