So i have phone with damaged display, i am trying to extract files from it, but blindly i can't turn on ADB and backup all the data.
I tried to install recovery and then maybe again blindly try to turn on the ADB from there, but it didn't work.

So my other option is to read data off the chip with Miracle Box(I use the a version without box).
But i don't know how to extract the files from the chip read.
And the other problem is even when i disabled driver signature enforcement on Win 8.1 and installed all the drivers, the program doesn't recognize the SPD chip(On a Samsung phone).

State your phone model and chipset.
Also, how did you damage the display?

The phone is not mine i just attempt to extract the user data from it.

When i plug it the PC recognizes it and i assume that the touch works because i hear vibrations and sounds on tap. That's why i tried to boot into fastboot and flash recovery and from there to turn on the ADB, but maybe the touch is partially damaged i don't know, the digitizier is damaged and i don't see a thing. Only backlight works.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo GT-I9060I Spreadtrum SC8830.

if you flashed recovery then you should be able to tell the phone model and chipset
which type of recovery did you even flash? custom recovery?
if custom recovery,
twrp > use the file manager in twrp to copy files from int sd to ext sd
if cwm or philz, use aroma file {you will need to download, copy to sd card and install this zip in cwm or philz} then use it to copy files from int sd to ext sd

Yes i flashed custom twrp recovery but i just swipe and tap on a blank LCD! So i assume user data recovery is not possible, at least not ergonomic one, with only software solutions.

oh sorry i forgot your faulty lcd
you said you have adb access, is this with USB debugging enabled?
if yes, you could use PC software such as vysor to operate the phone from the PC

This phone should have a name, check for that.
Also, what's your aim for reading the userdata?

Yes a simple adb pull would be very easy but adb is not activated.

Since there's no display, it'll be difficult using adb or custom recovery since you can't see what you're selecting.
You'll need a hardware box / dongle as I doubt that Miracle Box loader will support Spreadtrum SC8830.
Anyway, refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17226.html
Install drivers as instructed and hold volume down button (boot key) when connecting. Also try volume up
