I just changed  OS of my infinix x551 to Lollipop using the Hovatek sp tool etc but I just noticed recently that I'm unable to connect to internet using the Wi-Fi all I keep getting is authenticating but no connection.

Error message : authentication failed.

Have you tried using a different wifi network?
Did you factory reset the phone after flashing it?

Sent from my M5 mini using Hovatek Mobile

I think I did a reset but not too sure.

Are you the owner of this particular WiFi networks?
Try creating hotspot on another device, leave the network open (ie without password) then connect to the network
Let's know the outcome
