hi, my tecno camon c7 keeps turning on immediately the battery is inserted. it turns on to logo then off again repeatedly. i cant flash  because it automaticaly turns on when having a charged battery. help

This is likely a hardware related problem. Maybe a faulty power button

Try removing the battery and connect USB cable and click on download on sp flash tool then insert the battery back.

Like X3non has already stated, if it automatically comes on when you insert the battery its most likely a power button fault so I think you should check that out.

There may also be a bridge on the board so it lies more on hardware.
