Hi i had my blackberry of 2 years ago wich went completely dark after it froze. I removed the battery and insert back thinking it will come back to normal but instead it never came on. All it does is blink red.
Innagee helped by telling me the appropriate version of autoloader to use for my BB Q10 which did thesame and i successful regain my phone.
Now i need help to revive my BB 9720 with the appropriate version of autoloader. Please help me[Image: d7c6fffda65d5e24a2b30c10e5fb4869.jpg]

Remove the battery > connect to power > re-insert the battery > wait for the red light to blink.
Does it show a canceled battery sign after the above steps?

I will tried the auto loader. The flash was successful but it doesn’t reboot. All it does is show a cross battery sign

Try using a different battery (test it on another phone if you can)

I think you need to change the battery.

I changed the battery and put a new one but still have thesame problem. All it does is blink but the phone won’t boot. Then I tried flashing it again with a different loader app i download from crackberry os 7.1.0 rel2994 pl9.105.0.26 A7.10.1121 o2 uk exe.
With this apploader the process will start very well and the loader app will recognize the phone and the phone led light will turn green. The first stage which is jvm and system software download is successful but it will stuck at the second stage saying boot initialisation. [Image: b4ff8cad7cc7c18a4bf255d1fc7ce890.jpg]

Try using Blackberry Desktop manager to update the OS (internet connection required)
If you'll be using Apploader or Jl_cmder method then insert the battery when it gets stuck at reconnecting to JVM
