YES...... I used SP Flash tool and it finished successfully and my hone didnt power on and i used Miracle Box too and it finish too but yet my phone is not powering up

disconnect / reconnect the battery of the phone then connect to a charger and attempt to power it on

you'll need to loosen the back cover of phone to get to battery then you unclip and clip the battery

And did you flash including preloader?

Formatting preloader isn't what I'm after, did you actually tick and flash preloader after formatting all?
If yes and you've disconnected / reconnected the battery clip and it's still dead then you're likely looking at a faulty emmc chip
