clearly it has no preloader header. but still try searching for the header
control + f to open the find window in hxd
search for: 4D 4D 4D 01 38 00 00 00 46 49 4C 45 5F 49 4E 46 4F
datatype: Hex-values
search direction: ALL
if there's no result then the file truly isn't preloader

I want to be clear on that, because, without the right preloader, the phone wont come on.The reason is because my preloader is corrupt. whenever i include it in flash file using sp flash tool, it popup error message. but when I remove the preloader from the file and use semilar device's preloader it just accept all the files a performs 100% flashing but phone doesnt come on.

the size of the file alone already confirms its corrupt. the file size is just 4k while typical preloader is 100kb +
you really need to look for a working phone to backup firmware (including preloader)
