you can backup firmware from the phone using either miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html or wwr method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html

good idea, you can make a full backup (including userdata and nvram) for yourself but when uploading skip the following
userdata; contains your data
cache; this is usually empty
nvram and nvdata; contains your current IMEI etc
