please are they all files that will be flashed straight or requires additional touch (converting to a format) before flashing with xperia flash tool.?

The firmware are in .ftf so you don't need any conversion or something, just download and use Xperia flashtool to flash the firmware.

also, you can compare the build number on your phone to those on the list. that should help point which ones are oreo builds
