hello guys....i need urgent help
I'm trying to backup my device with miraclebox
Lenovo K5 play (L38011)
qualcomm Snapdragon 430
Android 8.0 Oreo
i followed the tutorial made by hovatek, but i keep getting this error everytime i click the start button
bootload error ID: 0003"
I've reinstalled the drivers and done everything thing i can think of still no success.
can anybody please help me out, i really need the stock firmware of the Device...cant get it anywhere on the web.

try changing the values of brand and model
change brand first from universal to lenovo
then model from universal to K5 play

or do you have the full stock rom .. .

Full stock rom is @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-10450.html
If you wish to backup your phone then untick Auto Programmer and load this attached programmer file (unzip first)
Ensure to follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25452.html
As for TWRP, we're working on an update to our Qualcomm TWRP porter which should support Oreo

there'll also be an announcement (the green bar at the top of the forum) when and if a new version is released
