so what is wrong with your phone and how did the problem begin?

a factory reset in recovery mode should fix this problem
if doesn't, then flashing boot and system.img would

Yes, Philz recovery can also do. You can try it if the problem persist then flash the boot and system.img as @x3non suggested already.
