Hello everyone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone that has been flashed and works in 2G only.

My question is if by flashing again it can come back to 3G.

The phone no longer has 3G in its menu. It's completely absent

My phone:
Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
SM-G530AZ
Adndoid: 5.1.1
ROM: 8GB
RAM: 1GB

Thank you for your reply !...

was the network mode option ever present in the phone before flashing it?
if yes, do you remember the previous build number of the phone before flashing?
try *#*#4636#*#* lets know if this code works on your phone

Good morning,
please excuse me for this long moment, I had a problem with my login that did not connect anymore.

I am not sure what network option was in the phone before the flash.

I do not know either the version of build that there was before this operation because it was not me who had flashed it.

The code *#*#4636# *# * works perfectly in my phone.
Here are the captures as attachments.

thank you for all.

thank you for all.

in your screenshot, select the drop down menu labelled "LTE/GSM auto (PRL)"
change it to WCDMA only or HSPA only (whichever one you can find)

PS: if it works, you might still need to repeat this each time you restart the phone depending if it resets to default option

Thank you for the answers.

WCDMA only mode does not give any network.

The illustration image as an attachment.

Thank you

Well i didn't find your model no (G530az only G530fz) .
But go to https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ website  and download its firmware (search your model no. then choose your region code) and flash again.
This will solve your problem.
I think phone is flashed with incorrect *cp* ,modem img
