[Please help] Please help me backup TECNO Camon X (CA7) firmware

I tried using miracle box thunder edition. I'd select MTK then under service tab, I select Read. I tried both 8th boot(MT65xx & MT67xx/8127) and Boot(DA_SWSEC)(MT65xx & MT67xx), but once I connect the phone, Miracle Box shows >>Downloading Boot8 ..., the bar underneath shows 100% and my phone boots up just as soon as I connect it. Is the phone supposed to boot up?

I attempted with the volume up key and this is the message it gave>>The Boot not support the Phone, or CPU Bad. Select other Boot. No, it should not boot up.
Try holding the vol down key before connecting the phone to pc.
