phone model: X600-H532-A1-L-20160603
the phone is still stuck in bootloop after a flashed stock rom. it froze, i did a forced reboot and that was it. 
please, i would like to request for permission to download the stock backup.

you don't need permission to download Hovatek files, just create an account and download.
BTW, have you tried factory reset via recovery mode after flashing the stock ROM?

for proper verification
X600-H532-A1-L-20160603; this is the original build number of your device? you verified this before flashing firmware
X600-H532-A1-L-20160603; is the build number of the firmware you've flashed successfully?
and you've successfully factory reset the phone in recovery mode after flashing firmware?
if yes to all 3 then its a faulty emmc chip issue ie hardware problem
