hi there.
i have uninstalled all the drivers i have/excluding the systems/ and have installed mtk driver auto installer
in usb 2.0 port
Image usb 2 1
           usb 2 2
In 3.0 port :
the third image. Stay on this maybe minutes and then "failed"
I use Windows 7 32 bits. I went to the college from the coffee shop - he uses windows 10 - there MTP device recognised good after seconds MTP usb device with exclamation and after time dissapear from device manager.
About the hardware - the phone is working, with PIN required. Have buyd new battery and USB board

power off the phone then boot to recovery mode using vol down + power button
select factory reset / wipe data

if you get stuck on frp, then bypass it using the method @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6E-EMrO32_Y

the firmware you're flashing is for F3111, is that your phone model?
if yes, ensure to install xperia companion on your PC @ https://support.sonymobile.com/ru/xperia-companion/ ; it'll install necessary drivers
at 1:15 on your video, you should tick applogs and userdata ; refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12215.html
then retry flashing

I red the thread again now. I will try tomorrow that with boxes options.
The phone LED`s color is green so it`s in the right mode for this software tool.
the handset is recognised good in windows, i have drivers that comes with the sony tool.

in short - the mistake was in my head.when search google with battery model i found only xperia xa xperia xa...and decided the phone is such. the phone is E5. college of mine replaced the microusb port of the phone and then flashed it and removed the google account verification.
