(21-11-2019, 08:04 PM)J2MS yes i did all this and the phone is still dead. I tried different firmware and actually at one time one of them almost worked (i mean there was light on the screen but nothing else but that wasn't even a tecno firmware it was rather invent) besides that every other firmware have failed. I used the correct key combination and i used both spflash tool and tecno flash tool.

when you say all other firmwares failed, you mean flashing wasn't successful or it was but the phone still remains dead after flashing?
which particular firmware gave you the screen light? did the screen lights remain after you released the power button or it went off immediately you released power button?
Yes flashing wasn't successful because it keeps giving errors, which was about me using the wrong firmware, about the screen light it was an invent firmware I decided to try and it worked in a way flashing was successful but no proper display, you can only see light and few words jumping around the screen. That was the only one that brought light to the screen all the other ones ended unsuccessfully.

let me rephrase, which particular phone model's firmware did you flash successfully?
also attach a full screenshot of the error message you get when you attempt to flash the other firmwares
lastly, peel off the stick beneath the battery and check if it'll reveal the true device model

The truth is I can't really remember but it was Invens, the reason why I didn't border myself about that was because of the way the phone behaves after flashing (shaking screen light and some few writings that I couldn't even read , that was all) and yes the flash was successfully done.

at least this confirm the device is truly a clone, you can try the suggestion about peeling off the sticker
if you find any model beneath or on the motherboard then you can search for firmware for that device and try its firmware if you're lucky enough to find it. if not then you're left with looking for a clone phone with the same model as yours to backup firmware from

Even if I can get a place to buy the firmware online I will because it's very important that I fix this phone.
