What is preserve force encryption in magisk, it was enabled first but after I reflashed magisk in twrp it has disabled. Is it matter of worry???

using flashfire apk; this doesn't guarantee 100% success without issues
best to always return back to stock before performing an OTA update

force encryption you'll only need to worry about this if you have twrp and encounter encrypted data / 0 mb internal storage; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-30160.html

Thank you for the reply but flashfire doesn't work with magisk, always gives an error message :
Root was found, but access could not be acquired! Supported roots:

SuperSU
Magisk
CM SU (SELinux/Permissive))

Found root:
20.2-11b7076a:MAGISKSU

this leaves you with unrooting first before performing an OTA update

But OTA fails even after unrooting. If this is due to modifications to the system files, can it be resolved in such a way that I root the fresh firmware and back it up in twrp without doing anything further, and whenever an OTA arrives I restore the backup and reflash stock boot and recovery.

you're to flash back boot, system and if you installed a custom recovery then flash recovery as well from your stock firmware / backup
