I am trying to the flash stock ROM for Tecno Camon 11 with miracle box. My cousin mistakenly tried updating the phone with a normal OTA update not knowing that it was rooted. 

I have Miracle Box and the drivers are all set, Miracle Box detects the phone but before the "Downloading Boot8" operation finished the phone begins to boot into recovery. It keeps doing this except I press the "Volume up Button" but then the driver detected for the phone becomes "USB Serial Device" instead of "Mediatek Preloader USB VCOM", and so Miracle box fails with "The Boot not support the Phone, or CPU Bad. Select other Boot". 

My MiracleBox version is 2.82
My chipset is MT6739

I have exhausted myself trying to fix this. Pls, help me out.

What’s the phone’s build no.?
Also, the phone requires download agent (DA), did you load it on Miracle before performing operations?
Download the DA for your phone’s model @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html, see how to load it on Miracle Box or sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23733.html .

If you’re still having difficulties flashing with miracle box then use sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html to flash the phone.

Thanks for responding. I downloaded a DA file, loaded into MirableBox and tried again but it did not work. It shows "Downloading Boot (External)", reaches 100% and stops there. After a while, the start button becomes active again. Just to be sure, I rebooted to see if it worked it didn't.

Have you tried sp flash tool as I suggested above?

update whatever the phone gets detected on the PC using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16839.html
then retry flashing

Uninstall all Mediatek drivers in device manager (ensure to select show hidden devices) then reinstall Mediatek VCOM drivers
