What’s wrong with the phone and how did the problem begin?
Have you tried connecting the phone without holding the vol keys or holding both vol keys?

The main problem of the phone is that it is not booting. It stocks at the logo.So I need to flash it.I have tried a factory reset but it is still doing the same.
So the only solution is to flash it and while pressing vol-  and connecting it on the computer it comes on and shows the charging icon.
What can I do practically ?

When I connect it,it shows SCI USB2 Serial(Com 8) but it does not stay even 5 sec.

uninstall all spd drivers using the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html , reinstall spd drivers @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-827.html
if problem persists, then retry flashing using a different USB cable or PC
also hold the vol down button without releasing it
