read page 1 on this thread, it talks about patching recovery.img and signing the patched_recovery using avbtool
in your case for permanent root, you're to patch boot.img using magisk canary then sign it using avbtool
if you have any other problems then create a new thread for your issue

I'm going to buy a Hisense A5Pro CC which is used T610 and based on Android 10.
Is there any way to root Android 10 SPD devices now?
I only find TWRP porter that supported Pie.

We can't say for sure; bootloader unlock + root proper. Only way is to give it a shot
Or you just settle for a model with a confirmed root procedure
