Can you please help me, I can't distinguish if my phone is hard bricked or soft bricked. I can go to recovery mode and fastboot mode. I can't install from SD card because it always shows, installation failed. In fastboot mode, I can't install any img file because it always cancels it. I can't flash any rom because mtp usb driver can't install properly adb drivers only shows up in factory mode. Do you have any tricks on how I can comment my phone to spend flasg tool? My phone is a cloned Samsung a7 with mtk6580 processor and Android 5.1 version. Thanks you very much.

What’s the phone’s current state? Dead or stuck on boot logo?
What’s the phone’s build no.?
Can you get access to a working Samsung A7 clone?

found this firmware @ https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767143393
ensure to backup firmware from your device; do so using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
then flash boot and system.img from the firmware in the link above using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html then factory reset in recovery and check if your device is able to boot to homescreen

did you make a firmware backup like i asked you to?
did you flash only boot & system or you flashed the entire firmware?

No, once you've flashed a new rom OR formatted using SPft or similar softwares, there's no retrieving stock rom
which is why you're meant to backup before flashing
