My Huawei pocket wifi responds NO SIGNAL and shows RED LIGHTS on one of the light and green on the other when ever I try connect and browse on my iPadĀ  . I have been using this device for 6 months but suddenly started having this fault . I have reset it but still having this problem

device model?
and did you do anything to the mifi before this problem began? e.g update?
have you tried different network sims and different network modes e.g 2G or 3G only?

Yes of course I have tried different network modes and sims. Am not sure if I did anything to the Mifi but I don't think I did . Because it was working b4 . Sometimes it will show 2G or 3 G but will still not connect and when it shows this the indicator lights are green and orange .

green led indicates full network signal
orange led indicates weak network signal
red indicates no network signal

if there's network signal but you can't turn on the data, you should check the APN in settings for most ISP, you need to set the right APN before it'll connect

which mobile network? if Nigerian, you can use the search bar at the top of the forum to search for "APN"

better still, switch from 4g only to 4g,/3g

I have tried all that , it keeps responding No Network or it will show network for sometime then go back

"maybe" network in your area, try change your location and see if it's the same, and make sure the sim you are using support 4g
