I have Tecno CA7 with unknown baseband, I tried several times to repair the imei and baseband, I downloaded the DB from here: https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23177.html for the same build number it failed to write with SN_Write_Tool_v2.1504.00. I downloaded the complete firmware it still failed to write.
it said this on the first DA "ERROR: SATATUS_DA_SELECTION_ERR(0xC0030003)"
and this on the second DA I downloaded here "ERROR: STATUS_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL(0xC0060001)"

and writing with miracle box stops at:
"Writing(Nand/eMMC)...
preloader Skip.
Writing recovery
Writing md1img
Writing md1dsp
Writing spmfw
Writing sspm_1
Writing sspm_2
Writing lk
Writing lk2
Writing boot
Writing logo
Writing odmdtbo

You first need to fix Unknown baseband before you can fix null IMEI. This is done by flashing the firmware.
Flash firmware using Software Download tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23709.html
Once baseband is fixed, fix null IMEI using modem meta @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html

It failed with Software Download tool too, it says "da connection failed! STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL"
It asked for checksum.ini first, I followed hovatek's tutorial, download checksum generator and generated it. After all it failed. I still haven't formatted the phone, it boots..

Turn off your mobile phone

- Press Firmware Upgrade in Software Download Tool.

- Press Volume Down on the mobile phone.

- Keep Volume Down pressed and connect to the USB

- Normally Software Download tool starts to program and you can release the Volume Down key.

ensure that the firmware you're flashing is factory firmware (after loading in SWD, efused should be enabled), if it's not then download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23177.html and also use latest SWD tool tool
if you still encounter any other error message then attach a full screenshot of the tool along with the error message

I am using the latest version of software download tool. And I downloaded the firmware from the page you referring, I posted same link on the first post...

do you by any chance have any other tecno or infinix oreo firmware available? if yes and it's mt6763, try copying the efuse.xml into the ca7 folder and retry using SWD tool, if it has a different chip, rename to mt6763, also edit the chipset amd preloader file name within the efuse file
there might be an efuse file with the other factory / signed ca7 firmware in the link above but that'll require you downloading the entire firmware to check

OR if you don't, you can try unlocking the bootloader of the phone since it still powers on then flash the modem files within the firmware using fastboot

I downloaded two DA files from here, this "[Hovatek] Tecno CA7 DA (2)" & this "[Hovatek] Tecno CA7 DA".
Lemme try flashing only LK and see
