i have download the firmware;i have installed vcom drivers and sp drivers than i have started the sp flash tool as administrator and have bind the scatter file from the firmware you posted than i hgave pluged my phone (power off) to the pc and have klick on the download button on the sp splash screen but dont want download to my phone (the screen goes mightly but nothing happen)
HAVE I SOMETHING FORGOTTEN??

(13-12-2023, 11:32 PM)ppanickk Hello. This is an old thread but I'm facing a similar problem right now. The provided link has a firmware with a scatter file referring to the Mediatek MT6580. The Alcatel 3C 5026D sports the MT8321. The two do not seem to be the same. Any thoughts? And does anyone have a working firmware for the Alcatel 3C? That would be of great help.
