if it can enter fastboot then flash recovery.img using the fastboot command or AIO flasher @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-466.html

ok.
1. open the AIO flasher folder > tools
2. hold Shift key on the keyboard then right-click in the tools folder
3. Select Open command window here
4. command prompt should open
let me know when you've done this
