Other than the inability to make or receive phone calls, I get this “NVRAM WARNING: Err = 0x10” wifi entry in my wifi list. Also, everytime I boot my phone up I get a prompt about whether I want to enable logging about something or not. I’ve seen some posts on here about this but they all seem outdated because non of the guides in the posts worked on my phone.

ensure that the device has a valid baseband first ; refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21069.html
you can try writing imei and mac addr using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-39390.html

My device has a valid baseband but the aftersales program doesn’t detect my phone even though I have installed the CDC driver.

This actually worked and it looks like I can make phone calls again. But I this NVRAM WARNING: Err = 0x10 is still there in my wifi list. Do you know why this is the case?

I used the modem meta program without aftersales as aftersales wasn’t detecting my device. I don’t know what meta mode is but it seems that I didn’t need the aftersales program to go into it.

That guide shows you how to write the mac address in aftersales. Since aftersales isn’t detecting my phone, is there a way to write the mac addresses in modem meta?

it might be possible, search in modem meta for the tool named nvram editor
open it and attach a screenshot of what it gives you

alternatively, you could try using sn writer @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12306.html

Well, here it is. I tried unleashing my inner genius and look around in it myself but then I realized that I have a less than average iq and I don't know what I'm doing so I'll leave it to the experts and stay quiet.

in the section labelled LID, try to look for anything with "BT" or "WiFi" in it's name. you can either scroll down the list or use the search bar (preferably)
let me know if you find any such items and if you do, expand it's contents and take screenshots too
