I have a Micromax a116. its an MTK 6589 device. Few days earlier while I was transferring files from PC to phone I accidentally detach the phone without TURNING OFF THE USB, which causes initially a bootloop. I tried to flash the same ROM, Tried to clear the date but it was showing E: Cache/ can't mount error.

Then I moved to SPFT. I am trying to flash the stock rom but it is showing an error 5069. Previously I have faced 3149 too.

While doing a Memory test it is showing that NAND ERROR: NAND FLASH IS NOT FOUND.

My phone is dead now. Won't charges. Doesn't power on.

I have searched a lot but didn't find any solution. May be my EMMC is fried. I am really confused and want some expert to help me.

Please HELP!

Thanks

Are you certain that the ROM you're trying to flash is for your exact model?

yes. I guess I am quite certain cause I have downloaded the ROM from XDA's forum of the device.

Let's hope that the ROM is correct. What about the error massage that SPFT is giving me; like NAND Error: NAND FLASH NOT FOUND

either your emmc is fried or the ROM caused an overlap / is incompatible

Is there any solution?

very few cases of the error 5069 i've come across have got resolved. the ones that got resolved were fixed after trying several stock backups for the exact phone model
the error 5069 ranks very high on the list of mtk issues we're working on providing a fix for

OK. Is there any way to know whether my EMMC is fried or not?
