Good day,

My tecno M3 hanged on tecno logo when switched on, effort to restore through factory reset

proved abortive, please assist with further information on how to reset it.

1. how did it get bricked exactly?
2. is the M3 running on OS 4.2 or 4.4?
3. if its 4.2, check the pics @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html if its old or new OS
4. supply a gmail address
